Doris Parfaite-Claude joined ANCOR as Government Relations Manager in 2016, helping members make their voices be heard on key issues for the community.
Prior to joining ANCOR, she worked as a Legislative Assistant for the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials (NALEO) Educational Fund, advocating for immigration reform, voting rights, Census funding and nominations. Before that, she helped issue and political campaigns form strategies and messaging as a Polling Analyst at the Lincoln Park Strategies firm.
Doris obtained a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University’s Georgetown Public Policy Institute (now the McCourt School of Public Policy), with an undergraduate degree from Brandeis University. She currently lives in Washington, DC with her husband and two rascally rabbits.
